Job Description:

Policies & Procedures
Overall staff coordination and development through coaching, counseling and disciplinary actions
IT systems and communication tools coordination & administration (Hardware, Software, office tools management, e-mail, filing system, server)
Facilities management (equipment, utilities, office areas)
Keeping continuity among group and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Project management & follow up with key supplier in direct coordination with Contract Admin Manager
Project Cost Control
Customs release follow up in direct coordination with broker
Contract Administration of Projects with Key Clients.
Reporting of Project Status for key clients
Invoicing & Receivables follow up, in coordination with Project Engineers and Accounting
Payables follow up
Cashflow management & planning in coordination with the Finance Manager and Group Finance Manager
Supervision of the Accounting Department in coordination with the Finance Manager and Group Finance Manager
Inventories (Electrical, Pole supplies, Garage spare parts) supervision & controlling routines
Garage staff management

Job Qualifications:

Educated to degree level minimum with qualification in Management, Accounting or Finance.
Deep understanding and knowledge of HR management practices in Haiti
Attention to detail
Planning and personal organization
Strong communication skills, verbal and written both in English and French
Judgment and problem-solving, priority recognition
Supervisory skills
Stress tolerance
MS Office
