Job Description:

JOB CORE FUNCTIONS:
The Procurement Services Manager, delivers competitive advantage from group deals and local deals to the OpCo and manage the OpCo Procurement team in delivering the procurement and purchasing services on time and in full; This person is also responsible to ensure that the section provides satisfactory service to internal client, as that there also is a good coordination and communication on requirement planning. Ensure compliance of the standard processes, governance and internal controls.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Support the Regional Procurement Services on the local implementation and execution of the Procurement Policy.
 Lead all procurement and contract management activities in OpCo.
 Ensure proper execution of centrally negotiated contracts.
 Develop sourcing strategies for local spend.
 Support strategy development for specific categories upon request of the buyer.
 Annually set SMART targets for contract managers and buyers in the OpCo.
 Set Procurement plans for OpCos.
 Ensure availability of Requirements and Conditions for the OpCo prior to tendering.
 Ensure availability of specific contract requirements and conditions for the OpCo prior to contracting.
 Ensure contract availability for locally managed spend.
 Ensure realization of the contract benefits from full contract compliance through implementation and execution of all HGP and local contracts.
 Regularly report financial performance and supplier performance (quality, delivery, service) for purchasing materials and services to the OpCo Management and HGP.
 Manage the operational supplier relationships on a daily basis.
 Develop and implement supplier performance improvements.
 Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the OpCo and HGP
 Independently manage OpCo improvement projects and support global improvement projects
 Support the OpCO Finance Director on career development plans for OpCo team members.
 Manage financial performance of local procurement team and set personal financial targets following the guidelines set by Procurement Services Director
 Manage the OpCo Procurement function and staffing (incl. succession planning).
 Manage the Procurement Team and ensuring that they deliver their daily responsibilities and tasks.
 Identify capability gaps and develop and lead local improvement plans.
 Lead the local OpCo recruiting plan and process for purchasing.
 Creating the Personal Development Plan, and on this basis working on the development targets formulated in this plan throughout the year
 Accountable for managing data management and issues within the OpCo - will escalate issues and requirements where necessary.
 Maintain responsibility as Domain Expert for data management within specific domain / category / OpCo.

Job Qualifications:

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCES
 University degree in business, finance, commercial, economic or technical discipline
 Approximately 10 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement, preferably within a
beverages FMCG company.
 Multi-cultural experience through international work placements
 Experience working in multinational organizations
 6 years line management experience
 Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues
 A drive for continuous professional development in self and others
 Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues
 Project Management experience
