Job Description:

SOMMAIRE DU POSTE
Manage demand, drive innovation, information security and monitor delivery of agreed projects and changes

RESPONSABILITÉS ET TÂCHES PRINCIPALES RELIÉES AU POSTE

• Act as single point of entry for the business and the prioritization process to manage IT demand
o Be the main point of contact for all IT enabled business process or organizational improvements
o Drive definition of business requirements for IT solutions and the creation of underlying business cases, ROI analysis and functional specifications
o Lead priority-setting conversations to ensure timelines and resources can be planned and met
o Lead key business meetings and have frequent interaction of stakeholders in order to understand needs, challenge, and set priorities
o Engage in continuous communication and manage expectations to the business on initiatives/changes
o Partner with other BRMs in order to ensure consistency and integration of IT solutions
• Trigger IT enabled innovation enhancing business processes and removing inefficiencies/obstacles
o Pro-actively identify opportunities to solve business problems through IT enablement
o Attend industry standard conferences and manage professional networks to gain external insights and best practices to leverage internally
o Develop and foster relationships with GIS Global communities of practice to identify and leverage global best-practices/solutions
• Ensure delivery of agreed projects and changes
o Define methodology around the creation of business cases, ROI analysis and functional specifications
o Lead collaboration with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into functional requirements for enhanced, sustainable solutions
o Act as Senior Supplier in the project governance and ensure build, transition and run processes are realized and maintained
o Review and assess business feedback on a regular basis and incorporate learnings into future development
o Manage external business analysts and ensure they follow our defined methodology around the creation of business case, ROI analysis and functional specifications
• Ensure that the opco (Region) is in compliance with the Information security standard and policies
• Train and present the users IT subject related when requested by the business

Job Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES POUR LE POSTE

Education / Formation Académique
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in IT, Business Administration or related field
• Fast moving consumer good experience highly desirable
• Overall understanding of OpCo business processes
• 5-10 Years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of information systems, technologies and procedures and best-practices in CRM, Business Intelligence, Planning & Forecasting and Digital Marketing
• A proven track record in generating innovative ideas in technology to drive and support consumer marketing, commercial marketing, and field sales.
• Well experienced in the CPG Marketing/Sales technology ecosystem including the mobile landscape
• Has participated as a key stakeholder in at least one large scale CRM or Marketing Intelligence system rollout
• Needs to be well versed in content generation and consumerization within online and social landscape. Ideally should have played a key role in implementing at least one major brand’s social media strategy from end to end.
