Job Description:
The Young Talents Program involves the selection and training of a group of professionals from different careers, who have certain characteristics that predict an agile work and personal growth in the organization, so as to constitute a potential pool of candidates for positions within the line of succession for some processes.
Job Qualifications:
-Mechanical or Electrical or Electronical Engineer.
-No more than 2 years af work experience.
-GPA (“indice académique”) 2.8 minimum.
-Languages: Currently speaking English or Spanish or both.
-Available to travel for trainning purposes.
