Job Description:
RTI is recruiting candidates for a large, three-year value chain and enterprise development project in Haiti. The Local Enterprise and Value Enhancement (LEVE) project will increase employment in Haiti through support to MSMEs and the value chains in which they operate. The project will focus on the three development corridors of Cap Haitien, Saint-Marc, and Port-au-Prince, and primarily target three sectors (construction, apparel and textiles, and agribusiness) for broad-based employment generation.
The Finance and Administration Manager will be responsible for the operations, accounting and financial functions for the program to ensure compliance with USAID regulations.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or related field.
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience
• Experience managing finance for a project of similar size (e.g., $20 million or larger)
• Experience with U.S. government project finance and budgeting or similar work for other donors
• Fluency in English, French, and working ability in Haitian Creole.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relevant computer software skills
