Job Description:

The QED Group (www.qedgroupllc.com) is seeking Haitian national and diaspora candidates for sr. and mid-level technical advisor positions under an anticipated USAID-funded Workforce Augmentation Program in Haiti. Technical advisors will assist GOH (and USAID) to plan and manage national development and recovery activities, though short (12 months or less) and long-term (two years plus) assignments.

Job Qualifications:

Positions require good French (and English) with speaking ability in Creole preferred. Advisors needed in the following areas:

Public administration and finance, strategic management, legal analysis, anti-corruption, economics, IT, USAID program development, social science, local capacity development, civil society development, social sector reform, health organizational development, workforce development, agribusiness, microfinance, rural development, land tenure, energy, WASH, transportation, infrastructure, urban planning, media/communications, security, education and M&E.

Sr. advisors require minimum of Master’s degree in a relevant field and thirteen years of experience while mid –level requires Masters in a relevant field and at least six years of experience (but relevant experience may substitute for lack of degree).
