Corporate Solutions Executive at HAINET

Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Sales Director, the Corporate Solutions Executive will initiate new sales and provide after-sales service to corporate clients. Manage a portfolio of clients in order to ensure profitability and retention of these accounts.

The incumbent will have the following main tasks to perform:

• Analyze marketplace and identify potential customers
• Develop and implement a well thought-out sales approach and strategy
• Prepare a calendar of prospecting of potential customers, with the minimum required daily visits
• Develop and submit weekly performance tracker and reports on prospects and closed accounts
• Meet monthly revenue objectives set by Sales Director
• Present and sell company’s products to existing and potential corporate customers
• Maintain relationship with corporate customers, analysing their needs and making recommendations to upsell
• Be the first point of contact, take ownership, make all necessary follow-up
• Identify and resolve customer issues
• Liaise with technical department in order to resolve issues encountered by customers
• Grow revenues and customer base on an ongoing basis by developing and implementing sales plans
• Solicit new business through cold calling
• Promoting a top level Customer Service culture
• Attend functions, exhibitions and other industry related occasions
• Position may require travel out of Port-au-Prince

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration
• Have a minimum of 3 years sales related experience
• Have a telecom background and at least 2 years work experience in the field
• Be familiar with IT Telecom environment in Haiti
• Working knowledge of SalesForce a plus
