Compliance Coordinator at Brasserie de la Couronne S.A

Job Description:

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the following activities including but not limited to:
•Performance of internal audits and assessments, effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and maintenance of the Compliance program of BRACOUR.
•Get in-depth knowledge of the KORE requirements and ISO standards for Quality, Food Safety, Environment and Safety facets.
•Identify all legal requirements for the company.
•Ensure existing programs, flow charts, and procedures are updated as per KORE and ISO standards.
•Ensure planned audits are conducted and executed as per the timeline established by IMS Manager.
•Prepare compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information.
•Support departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments.
•Conduct follow up on audits to monitor implementation of corrective actions.
•Monitor and ensure Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Program is effective.
•Develop and implement a document management system and ensure compliance to the program.
•Monitor and maintain management system software.
•Represent the IMS department in case of absence of IMS Manager (leave, vacation, etc...).

Job Qualifications:

Qualifications Requises
•Technical or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/Chemistry, Food Science, or Business management.
•A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
•Comprehensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), environmental and safety regulations.
•Bilingual French/English. Spanish would be a plus.
•Able to work unsupervised and manage independently.
•Have a strong communication skills with full proficiency in English reading and writing.
•Strong research skills, analytical, and problem solving skills.
•High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
•Ability to work under pressure.
•Strong research and problem solving skills.
•Strong computer skills, included MS office.
•Dynamic, fast-paced and problem solving.
