Job Description:

Summary of the position

Overall responsible for operations of BRANA’s ERP. Responsible for MDM standards accross BRANA and making sure our master data are clean and compliant to the Heineken Standard

Main Responsibilities

Champions and communicates the Heineken data vision accross BRANA. Implements local data standards, and processes, conducts impact analysis on change requests, addresses local data quality issues. Checks local data requests against standards and processes and approves local data requests

 Making sure our ERP systems work properly and smoothly.

 Follow the right support structure in order to resolve any problems within the ERP.

 Proactively seeks improvements to both ERP & MDM.

 A coordinator who oversees the data capabilities and efforts throughout an OpCo. Serves as the point of contact for the Global Data Services (GDS). Ensures the data is understood, used and shared effectively, meeting quality and integrity standards. He operates cross domain, overseeing dependencies. He/she is responsible for accuracy and completeness of data that is entered.

 Review metrics and initiate actions to improve quality;

 Create awareness amongst data producers on data standards;

 Analyze and distribute report on DQ metrics;

 Review metrics and initiate actions to improve quality;

 Implement and maintain Data Standards and processes;

 Conducting root cause analysis for data related issues;

 Conducting impact analysis;

 Conduct yearly Data Quality Assessment;

 Maintain and safeguard documentation on procedures and work procedures;

 Advocate for effective usage of Master Data;

 Identify opportunities for improvement.

 Ensures consistency and quality of Master Data;

 Coordinates workflow requests and monitors progression;

 Raises concerns about data quality, data governance and related issues as necessary to data stewards;

 Creates awareness amongst data producers on data standards;

 Assists in initiatives to improve data quality, e.g. data cleansing activities;

 Maintains documentation on procedures and work procedures.
o Drive definition of business requirements for IT solutions and the creation of underlying business cases,

o ROI analysis and functional specifications

o Lead priority-setting conversations to ensure timelines and resources can be planned and met

o Lead key business meetings and have frequent interaction of stakeholders in order to understand needs, challenge, and set priorities

o Engage in continuous communication and manage expectations to the business on initiatives/changes

o Partner with other BRCs in order to ensure consistency and integration of IT solutions

Education / Formation Académique

BACC+5, License or Master degree and Bussinees Administration, Computer science or related field
