Job Description:
Objective of the position
Provide technical support in the Human Resources management of the Regional Office and/or National Office, including recruitment, selection, well-being and staff development, in accordance with World Vision International Haiti (WVIH) Human Resources policies and professionally accepted Human Resources Management principles.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESS
Manage recruitment and staffing in the region
Implement recruitment plans for the region;
Prepare the monthly recruitment report in accordance with the annual recruitment plan;
Manage recruitment in coordination with the National Office Recruitment Coordinator;
Coordinate the induction and full orientation of all new staff;
Manage and track the probation of any new staff.
Coordinate the system of benefits and benefits for staff at regional level
Implementation of the various advantagesgranted to staff such as:medicalinsurance, life insurance, etc. ;
Implementation of "Staff Care" initiatives for the region'sstaff;
Address grievances and disciplinary issues at regionallevel.
Ensure the management of staff performance within the region
Monitor the evaluation of staff performance at the regional level;
Ensure the follow-up of any evaluation of probationary period;
Collect, review and send staff performance evaluation documents to the Central Office.
Effectively manage the Human Resources information of the staff of theregionand/or the National Office.
Monitor, update and manage staff information and provide accurate Human Resources information useful for decision-making;
Maintain an effective classification system and periodically verifythereliabilityof staff information;
Track staff movements with respect to absences, sick leave andannual leave especially for displaced employees;
Preparationand submit reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
Throughout the organization and produce a monthly report.
Job Qualifications:
Hold a University Degree, preferably in Administration;
Knowledge and skills
Language skills: Creole, French,(English, a plus);
Practical and proven knowledge in basic software: Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
Good oral and written communication skills;
High capacity for work organization;
To be able to live without constraint in the region;
Very experienced in working in the team;
Be able to work with a minimum or without supervision.
Experiences
2 years of experience in Human Resources Management in the NGO sector
License or certificate required
Labour Laws in Haiti
