Job Description:
The objective of this work is to provide effective and efficient warehouse operations for earthquake emergency response through high-quality receiving, storage and shipping activities, as well as proper documentation and maintenance of the warehouse building.
Main Activities
Plan the goods to be received in the warehouse and prepare the space, pallets and all other tools and equipment necessary for this purpose and receive all the goods by checking the quantities, qualities, specifics, descriptions, applicants in relation to the purchase, import or donation documents.
Prepare all business records, including ledies, inventory sheets, inventory sheets and share weekly, monthly and annual inventory records with the operations department, finance department and other stakeholders.
Carry out the monthly and weekly inventory of the warehouse. Check the quantity, quality and documentation of inventories.
Plan experiments on the basis of approved distribution plans. Collaborate with the procurement department of the fleet department to ensure the availability of transportation services.
Timely experience based on demand
Manage the quality control of warehouse stocks, ensuring the application of the "First Expiry First Out" principle. Ensure that stocks are handled, packaged and stored in accordance with their detailed requirements, which may include temperature, humidity and direct sunlight control requirements.
Ensure that the warehouse is always maintained, clean, dry, safe, solid and secure. Ensure that all safety equipment is available and regularly maintained.
Stock should be stacked properly at the recommended height to maximize space, but not too high to avoid falls. Make sure storage tools are available and in good condition.
Ensure that the business is maintained and controlled against rodents, termites. Fumigation should be carried out if necessary.
Job Qualifications:
Practical experience with asset management systems
Diploma of qualification in storage or administration, or related or similar qualifications
Computer knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
At least 2 years of experience in asset management and storage
Document Management Skills
