Account Executive at CallDirek

Job Description:

•Identify and sign up merchants across Haiti which includes supermarkets, pharmacies, Home improvement and appliances stores, auto shops and more.
•Regular in store visits for relationship building, training and branding of existing stores on an ongoing basis.
•Full accountability for all merchants in assigned territory by providing excellent support and communication with accounts
•Be proactive with product demonstrations
•Coordinating marketing and promotional in store events with merchants to create customer awareness
•Establish commitments with key merchant accounts for marketing support
•Work with both internal and external customers to ensure company objectives are achieved
•Eyes and ears for company reporting back to management with suggestions and areas for improvements
•Identify key merchants with high traffic volumes
•Assist accounts payables with merchant payments and reconciliation
•Work with sales manager to acquire best management tools to enhance performance and control
•Develop account relationships to leverage during the sales process
•Analyze and present weekly/monthly analytics reports to Management
•Other ad-hoc duties as they arise

Job Qualifications:

•BA Degree (or equivalent work experience) 4 years experience in a sales driven environment –Money Remittance,retail, telecom or wireless experience is a distinct advantage
•Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills in English and French.
•Excellent communications and sales skills
•Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast paced competitive environment
•Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize workload with minimal supervision
•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
