CRRP DEPUTY RESETTLEMENT MANAGER at CRS
Job Description:
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Co-Lead a CRRP area team of around 15 staff consisting of three sub-units focusing on different camps, and protection activities;
• Ensure a quality registration process of properly targeted beneficiaries in targeted communities in line with CRRP targeting criteria;
• Work closely with CRRP area teams to ensure maximum collaboration and integration of different activities;
• Ensure all reports provide the M&E and weekly reporting information for verification by area manager and uploading into database
• Ensure legitimate representation of the target population throughout the entire process of planning, implementation and evaluation of activities;
• Ensure women’s equitable participation in the program;
• Ensure accountability of the program towards all beneficiaries and community members, including disclosure of targeting criteria and the objectives of the program;
• In absence of the resettlement manager, represent CRS at the relevant sub-hub meetings across sectors, staying abreast of new practices and trends, as well as reporting on CRS’ work;
• Assist the resettlement manager with the identification of local Catholic institutions with whom to engage in partnerships for the implementation of Ann Ale Lakay;
• Foster good relations with the partner to build its capacity to assume responsibility over program components;
• Contribute to the strengthening and maintaining of appropriate project tracking and knowledge management systems for all activities;
• Identify program areas for improvement and work with the Area Coordinator, HoP and other program managers to design appropriate solutions;
• Propose, develop and participate in workshops to capture learning done as part of the program;
• Conduct coaching sessions with direct reports on a timely basis in accordance with CRS Performance Management Systems;
• Promote a culture of respect, learning, professionalism and excellence on the team;
• Provide on-the-job learning and other growth opportunities to develop new leaders in the team;
• Through consistent open and pro-active communication, ensure that the resettlement manager has an accurate overview of day-to-day and medium/long term needs and opportunities;
• Consistently monitor security in the program area and camps, as well as the routes to it, so as to ensure CRS staff and asset safety. Report changes in trends to supervisor and CP security focal person;
• Set a good example of self-care. Identify stress in team members and support constructive coping behaviors.

Job Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
1) University degree in Management, Development or related field with two to three years of relevant experience;
2) Additional experience in administrative management is a plus;
3) Strong knowledge in community development and mobilization with two to three years of relevant experience;
4) Have prior experience in project management;
5) Ability to manage partnerships;
6) Have prior experience in supervision and leadership;
7) Sensitivity and understanding of the cultural norms, needs, and priorities of the Haitian community;
8) Ability to work well in a team under different and difficult circumstances

1. Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to prepare clear and concise reports;
